Nominations now Open for LTA Awards

Nominations are now open for the LTA Annual Awards. The Awards celebrate the achievements made by outstanding individuals and venues throughout the past year. They present us all with a great opportunity to say thank you to everyone in the schools, clubs, parks and community venues within England, Scotland and Wales who give so much to our sport.

Nominations can be submitted via an online nomination form which takes just 10 minutes to complete. There are 10 categories to choose from, so you can nominate any person or place who you think deserves to be recognised – and you can nominate more than once for any award. 

Criteria for each category has been set to give nominees a clear indication of what we would expect to see from the award winners. The LTA have also provided some tips on how to write a good nomination with some examples from last years winning nominations.

  2. Coach of the Year
  3. Communities and Parks Award
  4. Competition of the Year
  5. Disability Award
  6. Education Award
  7. Official of the Year
  8. Lifetime Achievement
  9. Volunteer of the Year
  10. Young Person of the Year

The closing date for nominations in Yorkshire is 31st October, so don't delay get that nomination in today!
